Miarobi, its distributors, and suppliers will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, loss of value of the product, or damage to any third-party products used with the Miarobi product.

Customer Responsibility

The customer understands and agrees that Miarobi is not liable for any damage to the customer's electronic devices or other personal belongings used with the product. This includes laptops, smartphones, tablets, and other portable devices. It also includes any data loss on these devices.

Maximum Liability

In any case where the customer experiences harm, the total combined liability of Miarobi, its distributors, and suppliers will be limited to the actual amount paid by the customer for the specific product that caused the issue.

Local Laws

Some regions may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. In these cases, the above limitations may not apply to you.The limitations of liability outlined above will be applied to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Prices: Current as of order date, shipping costs displayed before confirmation.

Payment: We securely process your information, but don't store it after purchase. Local import/customs fees may apply, you are responsible for paying them we will not reimburse you for the import fees.

Delivery: You are responsible for any customs fees. See our Delivery Information for details. Contact us with any questions.

Returns & Refunds: You have rights to cancel under consumer protection laws (send as an email to our support at support@miarobi.com). You can return defective or incorrect items within 14 days (contact us at support@miarobi.com with photos). We may refuse returns for items not in original condition or without a reason. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Miarobi covers return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items sent, however the customer pays for the return shipping and a 20 % restocking fee if the item he is returning is damaged by him or if he does not want the item any more or he ordered the wrong item by mistake.

Miarobi gift cards are valid for 60 days from the purchase date, they cannot be redeemed for cash and once expired cannot be renewed.

Warranty: We offer a warranty on all items sold on our website, covering manufacturing defects (see warranty details). The warranty does not cover neglect, external factors, wear and tear, or improper use (see use/care guides).

Acceptable Website Use:

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. Prohibited activities include:

Uploading illegal, vulgar, or abusive content.
